Organise your sports club efficiently

As the sports club manager, you have full access to member, team and volunteer profiles. You can review participation statistics for everyone involved in the club, as well as team results. So you’re the one who defines each person’s role (administrator, coach, player) within your club.

You can also create, view, edit or delete player groups, teams and volunteer groups. Génos Clubs gives you a broader and more accurate view of all the groups and members in the club. That way, you can more easily spot each person’s habits and communicate accordingly.

Génos Clubs has thought of everything! We’ve built in a CSV file import so you can send invitations to all your current members in just a few clicks. Don’t panic about the word CSV — it’s simply an Excel file in text format. When you create your administrator account, just open your members file one last time and export it as CSV. Don’t worry, your spreadsheet software will offer the option. In two clicks, you can save it, upload it to Génos Clubs, and all your invitations will be sent — no matter how many members your club has.

Communicate better with every member without wasting time

Génos Clubs gives you several communication tools that let you automate what you used to do by hand. You can now share information with members instantly. Thanks to the app, you save time and work more efficiently.

You can use the built-in Chat to message a group of people or a specific member. You have access to every message as a conversation, so you never lose track.

Manage all your teams from a single account

Forget Excel files! Discover our streamlined management tool and access all your teams from the “Teams” tab. Each “Teams” card lets you see the squad and the results of the latest competitions at a glance.

You can create and save several line-ups for the same team and reuse them later. You can also access your players’ profiles and statistics, so you can keep an eye on their attendance at training sessions and competitions.
